Founding Partners
Gideon Wilkinson, Partner & Project Director
As founding partner and director at Endpoint, Gideon is responsible for our strategic development and liaison with our international partners and clients. Typically, he leads projects that involve significant organisational change. With a 12 year background in brand implementation, Gideon has directed numerous international change programmes for leading public and private sector clients. His experience covers most industry sectors including transport, technology, retail, public sector and leisure. Gideon has a BSc Honours degree in Industrial Design from Brunel University and is a member of the Sign Design Society and the Design Business Association.
Paul Veness, Partner & Project Director
Paul's specialism lies in brand interpretation, design development and rollout management, working closely with marketing and property teams to help deliver immersive branded environments. Prior to the establishment of Endpoint, Paul worked on the delivery of design and signage guidelines for Accenture and Volkswagen. He has also worked extensively in the field of product development, and has experience in injection moulding and associated production manufacturing techniques. Paul has a BSc Honours degree in Industrial Design from Brunel University and has also studied architecture at the Politecnico Di Milano in Italy.
