The merger of Alcan and Alusuisse Group resulted in the creation of a $13 billion business, making the new Alcan a global leader in aluminium and speciality packaging. The Visual Identity Management Group developed the implementation strategy and tools for transitioning Alcan's brand, enabling its business leaders to learn from the process and assume the ongoing responsibilities for managing brand issues.
