Managing a global rebrand
One of world‘s leading beer brands, Heineken has 110 breweries in more than 50 countries. The client’s requirement was to implement a new corporate identity programme that would affect Heineken related operating companies around the world.
The VIM Group created brand identity change scenarios, the result of which was a pilot implementation in Spain, Italy, Ireland, Switzerland and the Heineken Export Group (which operates in 30 countries), followed by a three-year rollout programme. In the specification phase our recommendations for new design applications improved functionality and created a high degree of consistency. Through rationalisation, standardisation and central purchasing we were able to save 20% in costs.
