Worldwide implementation of vehicle fleet graphics
TNT recently decided to update their existing vehicle livery with the 'sure we can' strapline. As TNT's brand implementation partner the VIM Group was asked to develop a plan of approach for the worldwide implementation of this change across the extensive vehicle fleet of 20,000 vehicles.
Centralised management supported via a dedicated project website containing change procedures, application guidelines and budget forms, allowed us to control centrally whilst supporting implementation at the local level in more than 100 countries. Over the next few years TNT will be making their 'can do' attitude a central part of their global brand positioning.
