Wayfinding & signing
One of the most prestigious stores in the world the store is undertaking an extensive £24m refurbishment programme. As part of the multidisciplinary retail design team we have been appointed to look at wayfinding and signing to improve the vertical circulation of customers across its six floors.
The redevelopment started in March 2006 and is scheduled for completion by autumn 2007 when Fortnum & Mason celebrates its 300th anniversary.
