Centralised management
As TNT's brand implementation partner, the VIM Group was asked to develop a smart approach for the worldwide implementation of its ‘sure we can’ strap line to its extensive fleet of over 20,000 vehicles.
Centralised management was supported via a dedicated project website set up by VIM Group, containing change procedures, application guidelines and budget request forms. The website allowed us to control costs centrally whilst supporting implementation by fleet management at a local level in more than 100 countries. To make the change run as efficiently as possible, the completed budget request forms were approved online and then used as order forms for producing and shipping the requested amount of decals.
This approach worked very well and allowed TNT to introduce ‘sure we can’ onto more then 20,000 vehicles in over 100 countries in less then one year. TNT achieved its desired worldwide brand consistency in rapid time. VIM Group’s involvement drove out cost efficiencies for the project that helped TNT’s ‘sure we can’ positioning appear in all its geographical markets.
